Shipping and delivery
ZOQOLO® ships across India from kolkata.
When your order ships
We pack and hand over most orders to our courier partner within 1–2 working days of payment. Handwoven pieces are checked before packing.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 4–7 days, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas can take longer. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier disruptions are outside our control, but we'll help you follow up.
Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹1,499 or more ship free.
- Smaller orders have a delivery charge of ₹99.
- The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, its courier and tracking link appear under Account → Orders. You can follow every update there.
Delivery address
Please check your address, PIN code and phone number before paying. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or because no one was available after the courier's attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged parcels
If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse it or note it with the courier, and tell us within 48 hours at support@zoqolo.com. See our returns policy.
International orders
We currently deliver only within India.
