Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the ZOQOLO® website and buy from us. The website is run by NDEDGE INFORMATICS PVT LTD, kolkata, India (GSTIN 19AAGCN2540R1ZW). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.
Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or misuse.

Our products

Our sarees and garments are handwoven or handcrafted. Small irregularities in the weave, slubs, colour variations and slight differences from the photographs are part of handloom work and are not defects. Colours can look different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).
Coupons apply on the terms shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be withdrawn at any time.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you see an order number. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. We will tell you if we do.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our returns policy.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, or place fake orders. All photographs, text and designs on the site belong to NDEDGE INFORMATICS PVT LTD or are used with permission; you may not copy them for commercial use.

Trademark and Trademark Usage

The ZOQOLO® name and logo, our taglines, and the look of our website, packaging and product photographs (together, our "brand features") identify our shop and the products we sell. Using this website does not give you any right or licence to use them.

You may, without asking, mention ZOQOLO® by name to refer accurately to our shop or products — for example in a review, a news article or a social media post — and link to our website, as long as you don't suggest that we sponsor, endorse or are connected with you.

You may not, without our written permission:

use our logo or other brand features on your website, products, packaging, advertising or social media profiles;
use ZOQOLO®, or a name, logo or domain that looks or sounds similar, in a business name, product name, domain name, social media handle, app name or advertising keyword;
change or distort our logo, combine it with other marks, or use our product photographs to sell products that are not ours;
use our brand features in a way that is misleading, suggests a partnership or approval we have not given, or harms our reputation.

Other companies' names and marks shown on this website — for example payment methods, banks and courier companies — belong to their respective owners. Showing them only tells you which services we use; it does not mean that those companies endorse us or that we have a partnership with them.

Permission requests and intellectual property concerns. To ask for permission, or to tell us about a possible misuse of our brand or about content on this website that you believe infringes your rights, write to support@zoqolo.com with what it concerns, where you saw it and how to contact you. We will look into it and reply.

Our responsibility

We take care that the site and our descriptions are accurate, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction. Please contact our grievance officer first; most problems can be solved quickly.

AI policies

Applies from 21 October 2026

This section explains how artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used in connection with ZOQOLO®, what is and isn't allowed, and how to tell us about a problem. It forms part of these terms.

How we use AI

Finding products. AI assistants (such as chat assistants that read our public catalogue) and our own search may suggest products to you. Suggestions are a starting point: the product page on this website — its description, price, stock and photographs — is what you buy.
Content we prepare. We may use AI tools to help draft product descriptions, translate text, edit photographs (for example to remove a background or correct lighting) or prepare marketing material. We review content prepared this way before we publish it.
What AI-assisted content must not change. Whatever tools we use, we aim to show a product's colour, weave, fabric, material, design, size and other important details as they really are. Colours can still look different on different screens, and handloom products vary slightly from piece to piece (see “Our products” in these terms).

AI tools can make mistakes. Content prepared with their help is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and we correct errors when we find them. If a description or image on this website differs from the product you receive, our returns policy applies.

What isn't allowed

When you use this website, our product images, descriptions or brand — with or without AI tools — you must not:

create or share images, videos, reviews or descriptions that misrepresent our products, or that present a product as ours when it isn't;
copy, scrape or use our photographs, product descriptions, designs or other content, or our name, logo or other brand features, to train AI models or to create content for commercial use, without our written permission;
use our brand features or content in a way that infringes our rights or anyone else's intellectual property, including trade marks, copyright and designs;
impersonate ZOQOLO®, our team or another person, or create listings, offers or messages that pretend to come from us;
use AI tools on this website to place fake orders, attempt fraud, get around our security or limits, or do anything unlawful.

Your responsibilities

If you use AI tools to find, compare or buy our products, check the details on the product page before you order. If you publish content about our products that was made with AI tools, don't present it as our official content, and say that it was made with AI where that would otherwise mislead people.

Content produced by an AI tool does not give you any right to use our name, logo, photographs, designs or other intellectual property.

Telling us about a problem

If you see AI-generated content that misrepresents our products, impersonates us or uses our content without permission — or a description or image on this website that seems inaccurate — write to support@zoqolo.com with where you saw it and how to contact you. We will look into it and reply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this section as the tools we use and the law change. The date it applies from is shown above it; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
